These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpoolDepot website and Chrome extension (collectively, the “Services”), operated by SpoolDepot (“SpoolDepot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of the Services

SpoolDepot provides a price comparison and discovery tool for 3D printing filament. The Services allow users to view pricing, availability, and product information from third-party retailers.

SpoolDepot does not sell filament directly and does not control pricing, availability, shipping, or fulfillment of third-party products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. No Accounts Required

SpoolDepot does not require users to create accounts to access core functionality. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Retailers

SpoolDepot may include affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, SpoolDepot may earn a commission.

All transactions, payments, shipping, returns, warranties, and customer service are handled solely by the third-party retailer. SpoolDepot is not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer.

SpoolDepot makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Product quality

  • Pricing accuracy

  • Availability

  • Shipping timelines

  • Returns or refunds

You agree that any disputes related to purchases must be resolved directly with the retailer.

SpoolDepot does not warrant that information displayed through the Services is complete, current, or error-free.
